A8 I'm really not sure bc you know the people doing a lot of the damage at Joshua Tree know they aren't supposed to be cutting down trees and people know they shouldn't use a parking lot as a public restroom. So what can you do? People need a class or license to enter? #ParkChat

A8: our society sucks right now. People don’t go to parks to enjoy the beauty like they used to. Snap a selfie, throw away their Starbucks cup in the trash or on the ground and move on. We are always picking up after those folks everywhere we go #ParkChat

As I've become involved as a Scout Leader - I've been really impressed with how much they stress Leave-No-Trace in their curriculum. Honestly, a lot of Junior Ranger programs could lift a page or two from the Scouts on teaching Leave-No-Trace. #ParkChat
