A11 I believe I will be excommunicated if I don't mention Mt Sinai and Mt Zion (even though nobody can agree on where exactly they are) #parkchat

A11 I could also mention Mont Ventoux in France, according to tradition the first mountain that someone climbed just for the view (the Italian poet Petrarch, in the 14th century) #parkchat

A11 Mt. Victoria in Banff is pretty impressive. And of course, Mt. Robson is awesome with glaciers and ice falls. #ParkChat

replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute A11: I would have to say Pacaya National Park in Guatemala. Climbing to the top and watching the active lava give birth to new land was something I'll never, ever forget. #ParkChat

replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute A11) #Parkchat is #Hawaii considered "Stateside", if not the of course Mauna Kea, because it's just EPIC up there. If it is then, Machu Picchu, I've always wanted to visit this place, seems like a strong mountain spirit is drawing me there!

A11 Mauna Kea. If you measure from the base of the mountain to the summit it is 33,500' tall. Nearly a mile taller than puny little Mount Everest. #truestory #ParkChat

replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute A11: Putucusi, just across the valley from Machu Picchu. In a region bursting with incredible peaks, it manages to stand out due to its shape and lushness. https://t.co/orViDx3jp6 #ParkChat

replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute A11 #parkchat Well, I really loved the Swiss Alps. But since I just got back, I'll answer the mountains of American Samoa. The lush vegetation covers just everything—it's what you expect of travel magazines.
