Q4 #ParkChat The biggest benefit in many people's opinion is that us park rangers get to have public lands quite literally as our backyards, as most of us live where we work. What would you be the most excited about if you had this opportunity?

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4) Does the housing have free HBO? If so, that, if not, being close to work sounds like a dream / no commute. #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4 Wildlife! Mountains! Trees! Water! #ParkChat

A4. The opportunity to merely observe. We always are packing every bit of adventure we can into our park visits. To simply not have to be on the move and yet be in this incredible place, would be divine #ParkChat
replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 a4 - Immersion to the park. Most of us get to see our favorite places in a short window usually in the summer months. Want to experience Yosemite in all seasons and in all kinds of weather...#ParkChat

replying to @Stars252525 @Stars252525 @aubreylenae16 A4. Yep. These four things at least. #parkchat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 #parkchat A4 We'll, we live within 15 miles of 3 @NatlParkService sites (@WindCaveNPS @MountRushmoreNM #jewelcave), so we already take advantage of that! 😮 What excites me about onsite life is not having to drive there! No excuses to get out & enjoy! 😁

A4 Having all my human brothers and sisters as guests, and my animal brother and sisters as roommates #parkchat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4: I'm fortunate to have experienced this! It's not without challenges, but the best part for me has always been to joy of experiencing the park in solace, getting to explore and discover things that would otherwise would not be possible. #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 @Wild_Tribute A4) The possibility of magical wildlife encounters that a normal visitor might not see during the busier times or seasons. #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4: Getting that whole experience of a season in a Park instead of my short visit over my vacation #ParkChat

replying to @Stars252525 @aubreylenae16 A4 Actually I'm crazy about prairies too. #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4. As a full time RV traveler, I often have public lands as my backyard! The thing I love most about it is the ability to go on long hikes right out my door and to sit on my patio and gaze out at quiet, peaceful nature! #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4. Being hidden and experiencing the wildlife and many other moments those just visiting a short period miss. Plus one seasoning had my own private beach. #parkchat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4) Having the opportunity to actually be one of the Rangers who works outdoors instead of being stuck inside most of the time and don't get the chance to see the park. Perhaps maybe that's why I liked maintenance instead. #ParkChat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4) #Parkchat I would love this opportunity and be excited to study the light each day of the year, at different times of the day, photographically.

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4: what strikes me the most when we visit: wildlife, landscape, the lack of noise (manmade) and the night sky. #parkchat

replying to @aubreylenae16 @aubreylenae16 A4 The beauty. Watching how it changes with the season, from migrating animals to plant life. #parkchat

@aubreylenae16 A4. The views, the wildlife, the sounds of nature. And, helping people!
