replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4) Mainly tips about when to go, which trails to hike, and where to get the good food/lodging. #ParkChat

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4 like people have said sometimes it’s good for what gates or entrances are open or closed. Suggestions on what to see #ParkChat

@TouringTastebud A4: Well first and foremost to network during #ParkChat
Plus I use it for all those other listed purposes. I like sharing my adventures because I saw someone’s share and gained inspiration from it. #ParkChat

A4 We use social media for a little bit of everything as I am sure most do! I think my favorite part has to be being able to share our experiences on #YouTube! If you have one, we would love to connect! #ParkChat

A4 Not for much except for posting cheesy and occasionally inappropriate jokes on #parkchat, though I do like Facebook for encouraging friends to visit our parks

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4. Sharing experiences, and helping me look back. One of my favorite FB functions was that check-in map which seems to being phased out--always found it very useful for remembering where I was when, what else nearby I saw, where I ate, etc. #parkchat

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4. Most of the time I'm researching parks and surrounding communities on standard websites. I get into social media (YouTube, Instagram) from links on the websites. #parkchat

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4) Status reports on the various National Park Service Areas usually, like information about the road closures is nice to see. #ParkChat

A4: I use social media for sharing photos of my visits to the national parks. I'm not a seasons park traveler, so I don't have too many tips to offer. #ParkChat

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud #parkchat A4 we like to see if other people from #parkchat or other chats will be in the same area at the same time. Fun to meet those we follow! @beckyjlomax

A4 Well I'm a #travelblogger. I use social media to share stories of my #travel adventures and hopefully inspire others to have their own. Oh and road trips and coffee, of course. #ParkChat

replying to @TouringTastebud @TouringTastebud A4: I was never really into social media before I started my podcast Everybody’s National Parks. We wanted to inspire other families with young kids to visit and be a resource. My social media revolves around that and getting tips for my upcoming trips. #parkchat
