replying to @theRangerLife @theRangerLife @ParksandPoints @NatlParkService The guy at Congaree that I met a few years ago had sooo many other jobs, but he also did the social media accounts. A volunteer would update things sometimes. I think it's just different at every park site. #ParkChat

A2 #parkchat I don’t use social media to plan trips, but I do use it immediately prior and during my visit (where possible) for current info on things that could impact my visit, such as gate closures, road conditions, wildlife or geyser activity, etc.

It should be at least one person's 1/2 job if not full time job, especially at the major to mid-major units. Maybe this is a #FixOurParks moment.
