replying to @ArchesNPS @ArchesNPS A2) This isn't a National Park of course, but the family cabin is one of the farthest points from any main highway in Michigan, and I have experienced some beautifully pitch black, brilliant starry nights there. #ParkChat

A2 Being an East Coaster means it's really difficult to find dark skies, even in the national parks. The darkest place I've ever been was the old Sheldon Church ruins in @Visit_Beaufort
Without my strobes it was pitch black. #ParkChat
