Q1. Park experiences during the day and those at night, can be drastically different. Is there anything in particular you look forward to most when the lights shut off? #ParkChat

replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute A1. I suppose quiet. The vast majority of my park time is during the day, but when there late or early, the quiet is what I like.

A1. The Quiet, or rather, the natural quiet that most ppl have forgotten about.
Its not actually quiet at all, just seems that way, after living bombarded w/noise 24/7/365.
And the Dark. Also, not that dark, just seems that way. :)
I hike,run,snowshoe at Night often. :)

A1. Also, interestingly, the very definite heightening of all the Senses.
Hearing every little sound. Night vision kicking in. And Smell, too, weird as that seems.
I can smell Deer, skunk, marshy areas, fresh water, and OMG the Flowers & Trees...amazing!
