replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A3 We like hiking at Rancho San Antonio in #sfbayarea! And a short 1-mile stroll leads to a cool working farm! #parkchat. Actually just posted an article on it! š¤£šš¤£ https://t.co/5AYJRfCbm4

replying to @somanyparks @somanyparks @beckyjlomax And I thought only @59NationalParks had multiple personalities? #parkchat

replying to @59NationalParks @59NationalParks @beckyjlomax How did a question about "short hike" get an answer with the longest national scenic trail in the country haha? #ParkChat

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A4 #ParkChat The Burroughs Loop at Mount Rainier is pretty awesome. It takes you through a variety of terrain and you get to see a couple faces of the mountain @MountRainierNPS

replying to @naturetechfam @naturetechfam @beckyjlomax @BadlandsNPS Mrs. Unconditional Peace got up the ladder, but she couldn't make it past the narrow part with the dropoffs just after it #parkchat

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A2: I love a combo hike with water. Hiking the Garwood Loop @SaguaroNPS was amazing- desert, mountain, snow, river, waterfalls. One of my all time favorite hikes! #ParkChat

replying to @InnerCompass @InnerCompass @EverybodysNPs @59NationalParks @Wild_Tribute @ShenandoahNPS Have you been to Montana de Oro SP, just west of SLO? It might be a good recharge spot for you to try. #parkchat

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A4) The Taft Point-Sentinel Dome trail loop is quite beautiful if not magical, at Taft Point you really get the feeling of how high you're above Yosemite Valley & at Sentinel Dome you can see the peaks of the Sierra-Nevada Mountains. #ParkChat

In case you are joining us late tonight for #parkchat, one participant tonight will receive a free copy of Moon USA National Parks for his or her answer celebrating national park trails. Answers can be words or a pic.

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax #parkchat A4 really enjoyed the Sand Ramp Trail at Great Sand Dunes (as recommended to @WildWithinHer) as it offered some awesome views of the Dunes but was in the forested areas for shade, and streams to cool off at!

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A4 Delicate Arch in @ArchesNPS. Simply because we arrived before dawn. Before all the people. And we got to see kangaroo rats in the dark. If that isn't magical. #ParkChat

replying to @beckyjlomax @beckyjlomax A3: Navajo Loop was a great quick hike @BryceCanyonNPS #parkchat

replying to @59NationalParks @59NationalParks @Wild_Tribute A1: Being realistic about my endurance vs how much time is scheduled. Even that can be spoiled unexpectedly. One of my biggest regrets is holding off @ArchesNPS until the late afternoon. I didn't know they were closing off the park early, so I had to rush through it. #ParkChat

replying to @naturetechfam @naturetechfam @BadlandsNPS Loved that trail with the ladder. #parkchat
