A8 When I was in the Army, I had a beast of a raccoon push over my 50# ruck to get the MRE I stashed under it. I shot it in the butt with a blank wad (the paper wadding in a blank) and it ran off dragging my breakfast with it. #parkchat

A8) Hermit crabs and rats are an issue at the @DryTortugasNPS but they sometimes have extra coolers for campers to store things in. One time a hermit crab ate through the bag of charcoal, the moist air made it very difficuly to light the next day. #Parkchat
