We always take an October walk up Dunbeath Strath. Past the old monastery and on towards the cairn.

A3. During our summer we’re based on #Coll where the stunning Coll Hotel serves up amazing seafood. After a great day on the water our clients enjoy amazing food with a view! We also do a little alfresco seaweed tasting during our #snorkelling too! #scotlandhour #ycw2020
replying to @GlenegedaleH A seafood picnic on the beach with #islayoysters fresh from the farm grab a lemon on the way past the @coopuk and pick the mussels and the cockles when the fire is just getting going #heaven what’s stopping you hope aboard @CalMacFerries ehh @Robbie_Calmac ?? #scotlandHour
A3. #DYK that over two-thirds of the worlds langoustines are sourced from Scotland? Freshly caught in the nearby waters, you may even see fishing boats landing on the slipway in front of @KyleskuHotel - now that's what you call local!

And just because I'm not answering Q3 about seafood, here have a photo of a rather nice yacht seen off Beneray on the way out to St Kilda. #scotlandhour
A4 - There are plenty of local selkies to keep you company on coastal walks in Orkney & pupping season is the most magical time #ScotlandHour #YCW2020

A4. The puffin! Breeding around our coasts for just a few short months but all the more special when you get the chance to see them up close. #YCW2020 #ScotlandHour

A4. We are seal-iously lucky to have an abundance of amazing wildlife living in and around our waters! Our favourites are the puffins and seabrids seen at Tantallon Castle, the seals at Inchcolm Abbey & the dolphins in the Moray Firth at Fort George. 🐬💦 #ScotlandHour #YCW2020
A4: We might be up on the hill in Stirling, but you can still discover a mythical beast in the water on our tapestries in the Royal Palace.
This tapestry is called 'The Unicorn Leaps out of the Stream'.

replying to @scottishcanals @scottishcanals A4 One of our first trips to #mull and #staffa. We spent 3 hrs waiting on this wee guy coming ashore – an amazing experience and one that sticks in our memory. Fell in love with #mull and the area that day. #scotlandhour #ycw2020
Our favourite coastal wildlife- Around 15% of the seal population makes it home in Orkney. We are very lucky that we are one of the best places to go seal watching...although we like to call them selkies - come hear the folktales for yourself. #YCW2020 #Scotlandhour
A4. It has to be our resident seals! They’re always happy and welcoming to our visitors 👋🏼 🌊 😃 head to Ascog or Scalpsie Bay, that’s where they like to hang out! #ScotlandHour #YCW2020 #VisitBute @ScotlandHour
Could you really mention sea creatures in Scotland without singling out Nessie?! Anyone managed to catch a glimpse of our infamous Loch Ness Monster? There have been a few possible sightings over the years but she’s notoriously camera shy…. #YCW2020 #ScotlandHour @ScotlandHour
A4. No contest! Our amazing gentle giants - the #baskingsharks, once hunted, now protected. #InnerHebrides is the best place to see them in the world! Our biggest sightings is over 100 in one day! #scotlandhour #ycw2020 #snorkelling #wildlife #scotland
A4. This lion's mane jellyfish spotted by @ewecanoe in the waters around #WesterRoss

A4 You can see everything from seabirds to orca and even the occasional walrus in #Orkney, but we do love our resident otters 😍
