Coasts and Waters
ScotlandHour
Join us on Wed. 29th Jan to talk about Coasts and Waters
Included amongst the many great features that Scotland has, the waters in and around our country are without doubt right up there and in recognition of this year’s theme of Coasts and Waters then we thought it the perfect start to our year here on Scotlandhour.
If you don’t think that we have much to talk about, you need to think again!
Whether it be our most well known lochs, like Loch Lomond, Loch Ness or Loch Tay to name just three, rivers such as Tweed, Tyne or Don, canals like the Caledonian, Forth or Clydem waters like the Water of Leith, Jed Water or Allan Water, or perhaps even the Cart – Black or White – then there is so much out there to talk about. And that’s us not even touching on the magnificent coast that we have!
Given such a vast range of material, we need some help to steady the boat and set us on the right course, so we couldn’t be happier to let you know that we can announce that we’ve got a great co-host for the night in @ScottishCanals – we look forward to hearing from them and everyone else on the great theme!
Join us on Wednesday 29th January 2020, 9-10pm as we talk all about Scotland’s Coasts and Waters. Don’t forget to include #Scotlandhour in your answers!
