#ScotlandHour Q3- We're not gonna deny that we make a tasty steak at @PlayfairsRes but we also do incredible fresh seafood! This oven roasted hake has only been recently added to the menu, but it sure has been popular!

A3. During our summer weāre based on #Coll where the stunning Coll Hotel serves up amazing seafood. After a great day on the water our clients enjoy amazing food with a view! We also do a little alfresco seaweed tasting during our #snorkelling too! #scotlandhour #ycw2020
