A5. I recently discovered a vegan version of a Cullen Skink recipe - and it just takes me back to the coast, maybe in a cosy cabin, while the storm is raging outside, or a dreich day in the mountains. Wash it down with a dram from Islay or Speyside 🥃 So good! #ScotlandHour

A5 (2) I should also say that I had a wonderful fish and chip lunch from Applecross Innside Out when I took a (brief?) detour between Uig and Spean Bridge. The weather was temperamental to say the least, but the food delicious. #ScotlandHour
