A3. Dundee may be small but it has a lot to offer. Because of the many things that make this city great. There is a lot you can do wh ich you can’t get in any other cities. The regeneration of the waterfront plays a huge factor in this too. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 🌳 You can go and visit Slessor Gardens and the recently opened Waterfront Place and get yourself an ice cream as you sit on the sun loungers at the urban beach. This new part to Dundee's waterfront is bringing back the green spaces the city once had. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 🎼 And let's not forget Magdalen Green, Dundee's oldest park. It is home to our iconic bandstand and has a great view of the Tay Rail Bridge and the Tay. It is in Riverside which is one of my personal favourite places in Dundee. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 😘 Going on to visitor attractions and Dundee is the only city in Scotland to have a design museum and be the only city in the UK to be a UNESCO City of Design. The V&A Dundee opened in 2018 and has welcomed thousands of visitors from across the world. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 🇦🇶 Discovery Point is a special wee place which sits at the heart of the city's waterfront. It was built in 1993 to detail the journey of the RRS Discovery from leaving Dundee in 1901 to the Antarctic on several expeditions. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 🦄 The Frigate Unicorn is a little gem tucked in the city's Victoria Dock. Although it can be overshadowed by the Discovery, the Unicorn is one of the best additions we have in the city. It is one of the oldest surviving ships built in the world. #ScotlandHour

replying to @DundeeCulture 🎨 The DCA is an amazing addition to Dundee's cultural scene. Opened in 1999, it lays on the site of a former skatepark but it is now a hub of creative spaces, two cinemas and an amazing cafe which serves some delicious cake! #ScotlandHour
