ScotlandHour
A2: So many favourite #scotlandhour themes I remember, highlights were any festivals, Blogmanay, Natural Scotland 2013, Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2014, any involving food & drink & hidden gems, walking, outdoors & more. Learning so much from shared #travel tips.
A1. No, but @IslayEmma at @GlenegedaleH would’ve been behind it all…. 😂 #ScotlandHour Here, have a pic! #JamiesonStreet
A2 - Anything to do with Scotland is a favourite theme for me (is that cheating?). I love that so many diverse topics have been covered over the last 10 years although island chats are always of extra interest #Scotlandhour
A2 We absolutely loved taking part and guest hosting the boat theme back in June 2021. Showcasing all the hidden gems you can only get to by boat & activities you can do while there and not to forget our favourite subject food and drink. It also tied into the #YCW #ScotlandHour
replying to @markcalpin @markcalpin A2 Great question, but no answer! The great thing is the themes have always tried to follow the seasons or time of year #scotlandhour If pushed though the research for @scottish_gin was tough! 😂
replying to @FionaDrane @FionaDrane @SusanMcNaughton Yes Fiona @FionaDrane . Met your family .Good memories #Scotlandhour
A3: #ScotlandHour is special because it gives us an opportunity to share our love for everything Scottish! #Scotland is a unique spot on the map that is bursting at the seams with spectacular things to see and experience. #Orkney #Shetland
A3 I love how #Scotlandhour has connected so many people not only with #Scotland but also each other from across the globe! These include @Bairdtravels himself
@travelwithakilt @TheCastleHunter @ScotAdventures @TheChaoticScot @FunkyEllas @GlenMoyer1 and many many more 🏴
A3 For me it is meeting so many new people and learning about parts of Scotland that I never knew about!
#ScotlandHour!
The photo is the Falkirk Wheel - and it says to me that with a little effort you can get a lot out of it!
(Energy to boil a kettle is same as to spin wheel)
A2) Hard to pick a favourite, but I think the night we did
“Is tablet an acceptable pizza topping?”
#ScotlandHour
Here’s another pic…
A3 - As a Scotland travel blogger & writer it has been great for networking & work opportunities but also on a personal level for making real life friendships that have lasted years including @Bairdtravels @Kimkjaerside & @GlenMoyer1 #Scotlandhour
A3. We absolutely love #ScotlandHour as it brings so many people from different areas of tourism together to chat about the one thing we all love...Scotland.
A3: happy 10th anniversary #Scotlandhour! A fantastic way to support Scottish tourism & showcase all the great things on offer 🏴
