A10. I think I'd have to have a really thin Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan shavings to start; Crispy Skinned Salmon Fillet & Rice with garlic + butter pan fried spinach for main (or a rich creamy pasta that my stomach doesn't agree with) & a cheeseboard for dessert. YUM! #TBINChat

A10 On a fluke, we spent 4 days in Montpellier, France and we enjoyed one of the best meals we've ever had. Don't let the simplicity fool you. The meal was incredible. Sometimes it's the unplanned that make for the best experiences.
