A6. Norway, and I'll be getting my first shot at the Northern Lights with @VikingCruises. I'm so excited to sail with my family on Viking Sky. #TBINChat

Q6. Where would be your top destination for viewing the Northern Lights during a winter escape?

trippingwterri

A6. I’ve only seen them in the @SwedishLapland but I’m off to @ExplorFairbanks later this month & hoping they appear! Also have my eye on Aurora Villas in Sollia, Norway—all glass to take in the skies! @VisitnorwayUSA #TBINChat

A6. Probably Iceland (we've never been) or way up north in Canada. #TBINChat

A6: Iceland wins the northern lights! #TBINChat

replying to @TBINChat @TBINChat @NomadicChica #TBINChat - A3 self serving, I say Central Washington State is great as you can enjoy winter sports in the mountains and lots of crisp clear days for beer/wine touring in valley. From a personal standpoint - I've loved some Mexico trips - including the ruins outside of Zacatecas.

A6: We have been really lucky to see the #AuroraBorealis in #Yellowknife and #FinnishLapland. But I have always wanted to see them in #Iceland. The scenery is just magical.

A6. I have to admit I've never seen the Northern Lights, but it's on my bucket list! I bet Iceland is epic and I'd go back there in a heartbeat too. #TBINChat

replying to @TBINChat @TBINChat @RoarLoudTravel A5 We love getting lost in @AMazeInCorn’s GIGANTIC snow maze (vying for biggest in the world!) The maze took roughly 300 truck-loads of snow to build & features 1,300 metres of tightly packed snow walls. Enter if you dare! photo by IG nsphotography.204 #TBINChat

A6: Best places to view the Northern Lights? Definitely somewhere in #SwedishLapland. You knew I was gonna say that right?! I might be biased because I grew up there but honestly, it's SOO beautiful even without the lights. #TBINChat

replying to @TBINChat @TBINChat @trippingwterri A6 We always keep an eye on the Aurora Borealis forecast, and we head right to @OakHammockMarsh, a restored prairie marsh with 30 kilometers of trails and open skies, to take in the surreal beauty of it all. Photo by IG kevindoan.jpg #TBINChat
