replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @MyAdventureBckt @Cruisewriter A2: Papua New Guinea -- We had the opportunity to watch a Baining fire dance earlier this year. Such an incredible experience! Photo by field staff member, @B1RDER #TRLT
A3 The bedrock around #Rovaniemi in Finland consists of volcanic formations deposited and erupted more than 200 Million years ago. #trlt
replying to @CarolineMills99 @CarolineMills99 @BradtGuides Agreed! My uncle *does* it, in Gloucestershire #TRLT
A3: #Madagascar is an island brimming with epic ancient natural sights, from razor-sharp limestone massifs to otherworldly baobab forests #TRLT https://t.co/sVbu1Qe9Y3
There are places where you can experience the ancient ways still alive today with home stays #Himalayas #India #HemisNationalPArk @TheTravelCamel @MyAdventureBckt @Cruisewriter @foodguruchannel #TRLT
A3: One of my favorite natural ancient places has to be the #Galapagos Islands! #TRLT
#trlt A4 We were bitten very severely by every insect under the sun, but wouldn’t wanna miss our desert camp w/camel ride for the world. I take it everyone agrees that the Sahara is quite old, well over a hundred years or so. 😎🐫🌞
A3: One of New Zealand’s dormant volcanoes - Mount Taranaki - is one of my favourite places to visit. Just look at this beaut! Have to say I love a bit of ancient nature. #trlt
A3 The Hopewell Rocks on the Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick are a marvel -- huge sandstone pillars on a beach with the highest tides in the world #TRLT
A3: The @GCausewayNT, ancient, mysterious, epic - a true natural wonder with plenty of legend. @BradtGuides #TRLT
A4. How about the Bøyabreen Glacier in Fjærland, Norway? @VisitnorwayUSA #TRLT @FuninFairfax
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot #trlt And my dad says we don't really "do" autumn leaves in England! He was the one who took me to the Monsal Trail in the late 80s when you had to walk over the tunnels! Now it's got a totally new lease of life!
A3: Living so close to the Rockies we spend plenty of time in the ancient world of nature! #TRLT
replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @TheTravelCamel @carornocar Yes, perfect. The Anasazi is another ancient culture right here in the US that I'd like to explore #TRLT https://t.co/DWcBOWINnI @LindaPeters64
Good morning from metro #Vancouver BC 🇨🇦. It's another beautiful day with blue skies, sunshine and fall colours!

replying to @BradtGuides @BradtGuides @MomsWanderlust Sometimes you have to just zap round, but I remember how San Gimigliano went dead the moment the last tour bus left. Even though the scheduled bus was maybe 30 minutes later, it was still an erie calm! England's national parks usually quiet midweek, but I only found out 1/2 #trlt
A4. 1/2 One of the most difficult ancient places for me to visit - just in terms of hours to get there - was the Avenue of the #Baobobs in #Morondova #Madagascar. It’s a long, long way from #WashingtonDC, which is where I left from. These trees are upwards of 800 years.
