@TheTravelCamel @FunInFairfax A4: This in #California and not getting that much attention when compared to Yosemite and Death Valley #NationalParks.

A4: Most people think of Banff and Jasper when they come to Alberta. But the back country around Abraham Lake is tourist free and absolute heaven for hiking and relaxation in nature #TRLT
MT @FunInFairfax
Oregon has incredible forests. @CharlesMcCool and I zipped through the treetops near Portland. #travel #TRLT
replying to @BradtGuides @BradtGuides @StripeyMiata @TheTravelCamel @HeidiSiefkas @CharlesMcCool @VisitCA @VisitGreaterPS That has to be the Dark Hedges in Northern Ireland with a little #GoT in the mix. :) #travel #TRLT
A5. We don't usually get into too much trouble but it's always worth checking your step, as the forest usually has some potentially dangerous critters around. Potentially - not all scorpions and snakes are venomous - so it's worth learning more.

A4: It's kinda known for those who visit #Indonesia to go to #Bali. I would recommend #BukitLawang in Sumatra. but if you're solo female, try to have a "fake" ring or fake bf. local boys are such Casanova :) for real!

A4: We had a great time in the Bocawina jungle of Belize, rappeling down that waterfall you see in the distance here! #TRLT https://t.co/tL8h3lA2k3
replying to @DonNadeau @DonNadeau @FunInFairfax @kullin @TheTravelCamel @VisitCA Yes, Humboldt is awesome! We absolutely loved our #roadtrip through there. #TRLT @VisitCA
A5: Our very own @hilarybradt got lost in the Madagascan jungle back in the '70s – it's quite the tale! #TRLT https://t.co/3mrCGsKj9z
replying to @ItIsAGrapeLife @ItIsAGrapeLife @kullin We've surfed in Hawaii and Costa Rica, and the goal is to try it on our next Tofino adventure! #TRLT
#TRLT #Ecuador is another smart destination for forests and nature in South America. This waterfall is Pailon del Diablo, located 18 kilometers outside of Baños. https://t.co/CUNCZ9ssWQ
A5: While hiking in #Cuba's Topes de Collantes, we encountered a bull sitting in a field. We don't have a picture because needless to say we got out of there real quick! #trlt
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A2: We got stuck after rappelling one of the waterfalls in our valley and had to spend the night in the forest. It was cold but we were lucky to find a cave so at least we didn't get wet. #TRLT
A5: Mine is the same answer as @WorldwideXplore - most challenging hike was to see the gorillas in Rwanda. Stinging plants, muddy paths, climbing up and down steep inclines - and it was worth every bit of effort. #TRLT

replying to @Touchse @Touchse A5 Fortunately, I haven't had any real challenges besides sore feet and tired muscles on a few hikes. :) #travel #TRLT
A5: Anna was worried about altitude sickness when she went gorilla trekking in the #Virungas, but managed to overcome it by spending a few days acclimatising beforehand #TRLT
A5 attempting to go to a National Park in Costa Rica, through back roads, only to find out the 'road' was impassable and the other gate was closed, on Mondays, we had to carefully drive back out, in our rental car. 🙄 #TRLT
