A1: The ancient fortress of Masada. Situated at the very top of an isolated rock plateau in southeastern Israel, Masada is the site of the Jews’ last stand against the Romans after the fall of Jerusalem in 70 CE, and is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A3 I have not been to any places that require oxygen, so I'll share this pretty view around 12000 ft in @RockyNPS #travel #TRLT
A3.) Highest point not in a plane might be the Little Matterhorn in Zermatt, #Switzerland. This was in September by the way. #trlt
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A3 I think it’s still Kili for me. The glacier at the top (10 years ago) aka The Snows of Kilimanjaro #TRLT
A3: Although it's not the highest point she's ever visited, Laura nearly fainted from vertigo while climbing the Ulug Beg Madrasa in #Uzbekistan! https://t.co/ghsFLeziDN #TRLT
A3 Did Mexico’s Iztaccihuatl volcano (5,230m) a few years ago, got a headache on my way down but I recovered pretty quickly once getting around the 3,500m @CharlesMcCool #TRLT
replying to @Touchse @Touchse @CharlesMcCool A3 #TRLT several places in Rocky Mtn Natl Park (RMNP) in Colorado that you can DRIVE to are are around 12,000 ft (3700 m) high. Get out and walk - eat a meal 2 miles up, feel the tightness in your chest! lol
A3: We didn't need oxygen and were not even short of breath :D, but this was as close as we could get to the highest mountain of Austria (the Grossglockner) without all that. #trlt
A2 Still my favourite view, from the hill overlooking Machu Picchu, with Huayna Picchu in the background #TRLT
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @CharlesMcCool A3: #Tajikistan, a valley (#Bachor?) near the #PamirHighway. Hiked all day to see a lake, reached I think a point well over 4000m, surrounded by peaks over 5000m, priceless! #TRLT @BradtGuides
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool #MtKili -- at over 19,000 feet -- this my 50th Birthday Party & the whole family made it to the top (a 7-day trip that kicked our butts) #TRLT
A3: Aiguille du Midi on #MontBlanc in France at around 12,000 ft was definitely “breath-taking” (pun intended!!) 😍🏔 #TRLT #France #Mountains

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3 I felt like I needed oxygen on this sunrise stroll up Poon Hill in #Nepal. I made it though! @Claudioula and @davestravelpage pretty much run up the mountain, they are so fit! #travel #TRLT
replying to @pubclub @pubclub @JeffTitelius @JLipowski @JR_justJR @RoarLoudTravel It was like going to Disneyland but it was real -- actually my favorite destination Portugal was the Island of Madeira #TRLT
replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @CharlesMcCool A3 #TRLT RMNP highway in Colorado is an easy way to get to 11000-12000 feet while driving, then you can hike a bit. Note the 2 hikers lower left, almost lost against the majesty of the scenery.
