A2: I had a sauna in Hetta, Finland during winter and followed the tradition of a naked sauna followed by a naked rolling in the snow (it was -10 Celsius) - invigorating! No photos of that shock to the body to share, but here is one of Hetta instead. #TRLT

A2: The most fiery meal I've ever had was a Doro Wat in Lalibela, Ethiopia. The only meal in all my travels that I couldn't finish due to its heat and definitely hotter than anything I've had in India or Indonesia. #TRLT

in an unexpected cold place, was Verde Hotsprings in Arizona. It was below freezing at night, in November, we were jeep camping. Warming up was a delight at the Verde Hot Springs, a 2 hour drive from Sedona, down a gravel road actoss a river #TRLT
