A2: For me the first and only time I've witnessed a lunar rainbow (it was at Victoria Falls) was probably my favourite new experience. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @FunInFairfax A2: I don't know about 'incredible' but I was always a fussy eater growing up. I've generally got more adventurous on my travels but I still get hesitant and revert to the norm sometimes.
So my recent "new experience" was trying Mussels last month in Bruges 😕. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A1: No doubt about it, that year I spent in Taiwan gave me the greatest amount of new experiences--the combo of being young + the time frame makes it unbeatable. Here I am at Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall on Double Ten day. #TRLT

replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot A3: The greatest impact are the micro-moments, actually. In Irkutsk on the Trans-Siberian, we ran into our waiter from lunch at a park. He was so eager to chat with us. We communicated via Google Translate. I love these human interactions! #TRLT

#TRLT An interesting travel experience when visiting the Iguassu Falls in #Brazil is flying by helicopter over the waterfalls, especially for photographers. https://t.co/VGyJUMFoUX

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A1) I'd say that it was my trip to Central America (Costa Rica & Panama), it was my first trip to Spanish speaking countries and they completely broke any stereotypes that I may have had. #TRLT

A3) While they are not parks, witnessing and experiencing both the southern most point in the continental USA (in #KeyWest) + all 50 states (in #Hawaii) and the radical differences in scenery (and lack of people in the latter) had a huge impact on us #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A3 When @CharlesMcCool and I quit our jobs to #travel it was the first time I went to a foreign country with no plans, no reservations, and just a backpack. Incredibly freeing to learn I could travel that way. #TRLT
