replying to @Touchse @Touchse A5 #TRLT To get to Baguio City (northern Luzon) before the highways were finished, meant driving Kennon Rd. Which is windy, twisty, steep, few guardrails, crazy local drivers, and is often closed by flood, landslide, mudslide, dead goats, and earthquakes.

The Grand Teton visit was easier.

A5 Definitely the last leg up to Monteverde in Costa Rica. It was dark and foggy as it's in the cloud forest. The roads go round the mountain and look like they just end right in front of you. Got delayed by an armadillo crossing the road and saw this quetzal though :) #trlt
