A roasted eggplant dip – can be served with a lot of dishes. Had it during our Jordan trip and absolutely loved it. Its quite easy to cook and while did try this at home but the local flavours were hard to beat !

A4: I always try to recreate food when I come home! This one – Catalan cim i tomba – always works well (although the picture is of a restaurant version) #TRLT #travel #TravelTuesday

A3: The ceviche tostada at @TheFisherySD was so delish that I've been inspired to make it at home on several occasions. And it's been a hit every time! #TRLT

A4. After sampling many pieces of Saint James Cake along the #CaminodeSantiago with @WalkinSpain , I baked my own a few times since my return. #TRLT #CaminodeSantiago #StJamesWay #CulinaryCamino I mean who doesn't love all things sweet and savory when they travel?

replying to @larrywbrown @larrywbrown @LindaPeters64 @loyaltytravels @CharlesMcCool @VisitVirginia Completely agree Larry. @CharlesMcCool and I went to #Shuckapalooza in @VAsRiverRealm this year and it was a whole day of oyster yum. #loveVA #travel #TRLT

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 A4. When we first arrived in France to housesit we loved the charcuterie platter style of eating. This was our lunch on many days. #TRLT

#trlt A4: I discovered several dishes, we now regularly make at home. This was the last one. It's called "Wasp's Nests from the Mühlviertel", an Austrian dish made of potatoes and flour.

A4: I'm not great with recipes, but I'm always ready to try something new when it comes to different fruits and vegetables, such as the yummy variety available in #CostaRica! #TRLT

#TRLT Paraguay, a hidden destination among Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina, is a paradise for food travelers. This dish is the sopa paraguaya. https://t.co/Yv0n78Qyoh

A4 Definitely the Greek salad we made on our Athens food tour. The guide knew I didn’t like olives so swapped them out for avocado and then added truffle oil and olive oil. Amazing! We bought the truffle oil to bring home with us 😋 #TRLT

A4: After countless laksa in Malaysia, I now make it at home using dumplings and/or sliced chicken and it's so freakin good! #trlt

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 A4: Panzanella salad, I think we crushed it 😏. Great appetizer in the #summertime as well! #TRLT

A4: This is basically just hummus, egg, and some veg, but it was sooo good. Had this in Santiago, Chile and thought… surely I can make something similar (I haven’t) #TRLT
