A5 Since becoming veggie this year, it’s definitely become harder to find good places to eat but as long as I research in advance, I find some amazing food, like we did in Devon recently #TRLT


A5: Food challenges on the road less traveled are easily overcome, by bringing healthy snacks, teas, instant oatmeal, a camp stove and
a foldable cooler. Alternatively, a rental with a kitchen and a market close, to enjoy cooking, is always a pleasure.

Believe it or not though, when I travel alone, I'll eat at McDonald's as I don't have time to wait or sit and eat something. I also use grocery stores. Lots of restaurants are overpriced and I'm a cost conscious traveler. #TRLT #WhereisKerwin

here's the recipe if you want it.
I prefer it with Udon noodles cos they're nice a chewy. I now also add two kaffir lime leaves (leaves sliced from middle vein out - kept in one piece) to the broth while it's cooking, adds amazing flavour! #trlt
