A5: To view animals with wings you need to have patience and need to be still - no talking, minimal movement. Just waiting and watching. #TRLT

A5: As with all wildlife, time and patience are key. It's not always possible to predict exactly when and where you will come across the winged creature that you seek. The wait will usually be worthwhile! This is a #shoebill #stork from #Uganda. Took time & care to find it! #TRLT

#TRLT A5: There's a million and one 'hides' in the British countryside; wooden shelters with windows or open slots where you can just sit in comfort and watch the trees and fields beyond, waiting for birds to pass by and feed, without disturbing them.
