A3: How about Samarra Archaeological City in Iraq? The 9th-century Great Mosque and its spiral minaret are among the many architectural masterpieces of this UNESCO-listed site. #TRLT

#trlt A3: So, I don't know about "least known", but certainly I'd say that one of the least visited, at least for Europe, is the St Kilda archipelago off the coast of Scotland. In UNESCO's list twice, for both culture/history, and landscape/environment.
