A2: Did you know that you can now explore Uzbekistan’s capital by kayak? An exciting tourist initiative has opened up the Ankhor Canal, allowing travellers to see Tashkent’s famous sights away from the crowds. Who here is tempted? https://t.co/Q3bszqZwDr #TRLT
replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @HeidiSiefkas A2) Though it was overcast the day I went, the tour to Mt Fuji that I was on included a boat tour across a lake and a tram ride to a viewing area where on a clear day has a great view of the mountain. #TRLT
A2: A lesser-known water adventure that I would recommend to others on The Road Less Travelled?
We took a wonderful river cruise
up B.C.'s Pitt River last year, I was enthralled by the natural beauty and history of the rugged area.

A2: Think we might have mentioned this before, but Submarine Safaris in Lanzarote (and also Tenerife) are good for a different water adventure.

A2 How about crewing on the America’s Cup 12 Metre racing sailboats? https://t.co/dGrtvhWMRX #TRLT @heidiSiefkas @pip_says @Touchse
A2: For a dip with sensational views, look no further than Socotra. This naturally occurring ‘infinity pool’ is likely the island’s most popular site. Discover more of Socotra’s natural wonders with our brand new guide: https://t.co/lvaChO1YDl #TRLT

A2 My recommendation for a lesser known water adventure is sailing on the Charvak Reservoir in Uzbekistan's Tashkent Region. It's only a few hours drive from the capital but feels a world away, & is a great activity for a summer weekend. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @HeidiSiefkas A2. Amazingly, I visited Salem in 2018 without even realising it was a coastal town. I wish I’d taken the boat from Boston. #TRLT
A2- They have these crazy waterparks along the river in 🇰🇷#Gapyeong that a perfect day trip from #Seoul

A2: Oft-overlooked Guyana is home to the world’s most powerful single-drop waterfall – the spectacular Kaieteur Falls. To put its sheer power and size into perspective, the 741ft-drop is 5-times the height of Niagara Falls! #TRLT
replying to @TravelAtWill @TravelAtWill Yes, I tried in #PuertoRico It wasn't scary or dangerous, but challenging to get up and stay up. #TRLT
A2: Tubing along a natural spring-fed River, in groups so that local, wild animals like alligators get scared off. Photo: Ichetucknee Springs, Florida @IchetuckneeFun #TRLT
replying to @pip_says @pip_says @HeidiSiefkas A2. Take a sailing voyage on a tall ship! I spent a couple of months as part of the crew of @ATYLA_ship sailing from Spain to Ireland, Belgium, France + Denmark. They'll teach you everything you need to know about sailing + let you see some of the most incredible sunsets #TRLT
A2: A great lesser-known Florida water adventure is kayaking around the Calusa Blueway "trail" near @ftmyerssanibel https://t.co/bOV2mx2BU1 #TRLT
A2: A lesser known sight is a lunar rainbow at Victoria Falls in Zambia. Only can be viewed a couple of nights either side of the full moon and when the water level is high. #TRLT
A3. I knew I'd see beautiful springs in @DiscoverCR_FL, but I didn’t expect it to be THIS beautiful! #TRLT
A3: Cruising on the Kerala Backwaters in India was a far better experience than I expected! #TRLT
