A4. Public transportation across much of the US is not ideal. Just to see if I could do it (to get to a conference) I took @megabus Austin-Dallas/Fort Worth, then the @Amtrak Heartland Flyer to Oklahoma City, then @GreyhoundBus to Tulsa. I flew back home - I'm not crazy! #TRLT

#TRLT A4: back again to The Gambia, and my week in a small motor boat up the river and back again. Every day was a different adventure, including a trip to a bush clinic to have a dozen stitches in my head!
