replying to @ramblRramblR @ramblRramblR I like museums but only ones that are specific and which further my knowledge of 'a place'. I'm not so fond of generic 'world history' museums (or most art galleries). #trlt

A4 well I can't recommend my local museum because I don't think it is neutral enough. Only seen similar in countries where the govt are spinning their story. Disappointing.

So I'll recommend the York Cold War bunker instead. Nice to see a post WWII attraction #TRLT

A5: of Berlin's various museums (Film and Television, Pergamon, Story of Berlin), the Stasi Museum is the most chilling - a reminder of state surveillance from a few years ago @adventurepretty #TRLT

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @PureTraveller A4 You can't get much more local than Cartwright Hall in Lister Park because I live next to the park! It has a great collection of South Asian art and also has a David Hockney Gallery. #TRLT Hockney went to Bradford Grammar school which is opposite the park. #Bradford

A5: As a break from Kyoto's temples, visit its International #Manga Museum which claims to hold 300,000 examples (I think much of the collection from one individual). I've never seen so many teenagers concentrating so fiercely! https://t.co/iaGqSAaXug @adventurepretty #TRLT

A5: Going with the Museo de la Pirateria (https://t.co/QsLGG9DErR), Lanzarote, as not only is the collection historically interesting, but it’s housed in the C.15th Castillo de Santa Barbara, which is located on the rim of a volcano.

A5. I think Meow Wolf is considered an interactive museum and we LOVE its magical rooms and following its storylines. #TRLT Also found Snowshill Manor in England quirkily impressive w/ sweeping collection of about everything you can imagine & a room of Samuri warrior suits.
