@JLipowski Q3 Hmm, Miyajima is pretty but arguably it’s an Island, not a Village.
So I would say probably say Port Erin, although I might be biased as I spent so much time there growing up.

A4: About half way between Alghero and Stintino, Argentiera on Sardinia is worth the detour if you like industrial archaeology, and fancy exploring an old silver mining town with a history stretching back to the Romans.

Coming in on a minibus from Belgrade & it looked for all the world like the town was in a crater surrounded by a rim made of mountains! #trlt and the bus ride to Sarajevo was pretty stunning going through the mountains!

A4. I forget the name of where we stayed, but it was near Kruger in South Africa. Visited a rhino conservationist, hiked, did a mud course, and took an evening bushwalk to see the Southern Cross. #TRLT
