A1. One of my favorites is Mackinac Island, Michigan's car-less, fudge-centric, bike loving island between the Upper and Lower Peninsulas. It's got history, scenery, and - did I mention? - lots and lots of fudge. #TRLT

replying to @JLipowski @JLipowski @ramblRramblR A2: Enjoy lower density! Stroll the streets slowly. Have a long lunch. Maybe enjoy a park or river or lake view (or boating/hiking.) Also, possibly some real historic sights long since destroyed for $$$$ in larger cities. #trlt

replying to @ramblRramblR @ramblRramblR @TheTravelCamel A2. A carefree, happy and peaceful stroll through the village. Minimal to no-pollution is another reason. And like Rachel said, for fruit picking too.
I also love to visit village temples, talk to villages, eat local and to even hug a tree #trlt

A2 I don’t have photographic evidence but I would say a pub crawl is better in a village than a city. Topsham on the Exe estuary near Exeter is perfect with my limits as it has (or at least had) 6 very nice pubs. #TRLT
