It always reminds me of a badly smashed ice cream accident with the yellow spikes resembling waffle cones. I have a vivid imagination but I have to tell everyone the story. Can't unsee it #TRLT

A4: The excavations at Akrotiri, Santorini, 🇬🇷, of 3-storied, plastered, and frescoed houses from the Bronze Age, destroyed by the C.16th BC eruption. No 📷, so here’s some modern dwellings carved into the rock rather than being buried by it.
