A2: Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Ground floor shiny black marble, opera hall red and gold, a winter garden, a circular hall for meetings with imagery of doves. Oh, and - diagonal lifts! @CaitlinKellyNYC #TRLT

A2. I was continually impressed by the use of mirrors and cut colored glass in Persian architecture throughout Iran. Hard to choose one specific building, but always mesmerizing. These are in Shiraz. #TRLT

Korean palace buildings were heated from underneath the floors! Koreans have had heated floors for a long time- “ondol” is delightful in the winter! 📸: https://t.co/si6GqKgpzp #TRLT
