Mountains & Hills
TRLT

A3 How can we choose just one mountain view from @visittojikiston? The entire country is made of mountains! Here are a few of our favourites. #trlt

replying to @pip_says @pip_says A2: Most any hill away from population. The Latir Peak Wilderness came to first to my mind. #trlt

replying to @pip_says @pip_says @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides #TRLT A3 I got married at St George's Hotel on Lycabettus Hill in Athens where the view of the Acropolis on the hill opposite is particularly good.

#TRLT A3: I have better luck with hills in cities. This is from Gediminas' Tower in Vilnius, and gives a good clear view of the city, showing the buildings, the river, etc. Also not a big hill, so a potential answer for A2.
The bigger the hill, the worse the view, tbh. :p

A3 Switzerland - Sils Maria (very close to where Heidi, the book, took place) @travelatwill @Bradtguides #TRLT #traveltuesday #travel #adventure

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3: Hands down my two favourite views in the world. The view over the kingdom from Primrose Hill and NgunGun Australia. #TRLT #HomeAndAway

replying to @BradtGuides @BradtGuides @2WeekTraveller @TheTravelCamel My next podcast episode, released on Thursday morning, will be all about that snow! #trlt

replying to @pip_says @pip_says @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3. My partner Kirsty got a good view from the swing above Quito! #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3: I saw the moon rise in Saxnas, Sweden. It's pretty amazing as behind me the sun was setting. It's the land of the midnight sun, so it was quite special; lots of mosquitos and insects and it was cold, but worth it. #TRLT @visitsweden @hemavan_tarnaby #WhereisKerwin

A3 @R_Macedonia has some epic mountain views, & it’s a great short haul destination for European travellers. This view is from the Mavrovo ski resort. #trlt

A3: Another stunning bird’s-eye lake view! This is Trnovačko jezero, a high point (both literally and metaphorically) of the Via Dinarica. Has anyone tackled this route yet? https://t.co/IM7OBXkHHV #TRLT

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides #TRLT A. 3: One of the best views I've seen was in Spanish national park Ordesa and Monte Perdido! https://t.co/JDoxjBbAlO

@TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3 Best view from a hill or Mountain. #TRLT
Really enjoyed this view of Mount Rainier from the top of Mount St Helens

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3 Best views from a mountain were probably hiking the Fimmvorduháls Pass in Iceland, it was like being in another world #TRLT

A3 The views from any point in the Amalfi Coast are worth going back for! https://t.co/xhr552j1DT #TRLT @LindaPeters64 @heidiSiefkas @Bradtguides

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3: This was a view from the high ridge of Camino dos Faros in Galicia, Spain. I never tired of these views. #TRLT

replying to @pip_says @pip_says A2. There's a few I love in #Aberdeenshire, like Creag Coinneach on the edge of the village of Braemar, Morvern near Ballater, and Ben Newe in Strathdon. They're sensational viewpoints for the bigger hills + an ideal way to build up your outdoor experience + hill fitness #TRLT

A3: The landscape and coastal views of Rio de Janeiro from the Pão de Açúcar were pretty impressive.

[This one Linda]

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides A3) It has to be from the summit museum on top of Mt Diablo, from there I've seen the Sierra Nevada Mountains about 200 miles to the east & the Farallon Islands roughly a 100 miles to the west. #TRLT
