replying to @Touchse @Touchse @LindaPeters64 @HeidiSiefkas @BradtGuides I have so many reasons why we want to go back. Hope you get there this summer. #TRLT
A4 We were amazed with the hills and mountains we found when we visited Cape Town in South Africa! https://t.co/TE3iP7z2ef #TRLT @LindaPeters64 @heidiSiefkas @CharlesMcCool
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A4: Climbing up Beerburrum was tough. I accidentally mixed it up with Beerwah so by the time I got to Beerburrum it was 3pm and I had to hurry up with my climb. Australia is totally dark at 5:30pm and I had to walk it up backwards bc it’s so steep. #TRLT

replying to @SouthernerSays @SouthernerSays @TheTravelCamel Thank you, from the farmland we see here I walked straight into a cloud forest. So pretty #TRLT

replying to @vickyinglis13 @vickyinglis13 @pip_says @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides You should have held up a hand with one finger bent out of view for this photo Ms Frodo. #TRLT
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @CharlesMcCool Had fun climbing the ruins of Spiš Castle in Slovakia. There was a bride and groom taking their wedding pictures while we visited. #TRLT
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A4: This is just outside of Nuuk, Greenland. It’s so accessible but it also feels wild and remote. #TRLT
replying to @DemiDives
@DemiDives @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides ooooh!
It reminds me of the (drier) view looking west down (the slightly further East) High Cup Nick too. #trlt I've never really been to the Lake District
replying to @Touchse @Touchse @JCreatureTravel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides I've been to Galicia, 3 times. I walked the #CaminodeSantiago twice in 2018. I also lived in Spain in college in '97-'99. Here is the Finisterre, the End of the Earth. #trlt #traveltuesday

I'm gonna have to go with sunrise from Perugia (didn't have to hike as the town is on a hill).

replying to @DemiDives @DemiDives @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill Spectacular photo :) #TRLT
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot I had pretty much the same experience in Newfoundland. We camped overnight on a hilltop on the Dare Devil trail near Saint Anthony, so we could watch the stars + sunrise, then look out for whales + icebergs in the morning. Zero visibility. 😂 #TRLT
replying to @vickyinglis13 @vickyinglis13 @pip_says @BradtGuides Just one more reasons to move New Zealand up on the list. #TRLT
A4: It’s only 329m above Gifu city, and didn’t actually climb it (took the cable car up/walked down), but finding myself on the summit of Mt. Kinka at Gifu Castle where daimyo once lived wasn’t somewhere I’d imagined I would end up seeing in person.
#TRLT Q4 via @CharlesMcCool
replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A4: climbed a hill to get a view of Mount Fuji. Looks peaceful but there were sooooo many tourists, we actually had to wait in line to take a picture #trlt

@RTWBarefoot @pip_says @TravelAtWill @BradtGuides He is notorious for giving random info while driving. "Edith lived there"
no one knows or has ever heard of her. is she a relative? do we ask? or just go "uh hu"
I would respond with "did she own or have anything to do with sheep? we are pro sheep info in this car" #TRLT
A4 In @visittojikiston, the ruined city of Karon is on top of a mountain, with spectacular views. It is well worth the climb to discover this fascinating ancient site. #TRLT
replying to @SoloTravelStory @SoloTravelStory @CharlesMcCool I know this part of the world quite well. It is very beautiful. With no summer time in Queensland, it does get dark early and quickly - there is no dusk to speak of. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A4: nothing beats walking through some vegetation on the side of a mountain and coming across mountain gorillas. Also as it’s not as popular, here’s Dian Fossey’s grave surrounded by her favourite gorillas in their graves too. #TRLT #rwanda

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @CharlesMcCool A4) Though it was just a muddy road that I walked on in the Andes back in 2018 it was worth it when I turned the bend and saw this view for myself. #TRLT
