Rather I tend to just put spices straight in - oh today I'll use some cumin, coriander, chilli powder, and turmeric. Tomorrow, I might use mustard seeds and cardamom, who knows. #trlt

A5: A typical meal in rural Afghanistan involved eating from a cloth placed on the floor. Mostly vegetables, rarely meat and always rice and flat bread. Provided a great insight into daily life in this harsh environment. #TRLT
