#trlt A3: Kava. A drink so ... of a taste, that even the locals in the South Pacific, as a rule, don't actually like it - they just drink it because of its effects.

Comes from the root of a plant. Tastes like the plant's still growing in the soil.

Still, better than Dr Pepper.

A3: Try to imagine eating a lump of chewy, pungent blue cheese chased with a shot of ammonia – that is hákarl for you. While certainly a strange experience for tourists, this traditional Icelandic dish almost has the status of an edible national medal of honour! #TRLT

A4: North Korea. Being given some mushrooms on a farm tour, then asking the hotel to cook them with our dinner (i.e. we invented North Korea's version of Ready Steady Cook...) Also a barbecue followed by a Happy New Year cake, which doubled as a birthday cake @BradtGuides #TRLT

A4: For editor Laura, it has to be KOKS in @VisitFaroe. A tasting menu fit for royalty: highlights were (surprisingly) fermented lamb, shaved cod roe and grass ice cream. All created using island produce, too. #TRLT

A4. I have many memorable dining experiences. One of the most recent ones was having breakfast at Duck and Waffle in London, at the 40th floor I believe. Highly recommended for a special occasion (as it's so expensive haha) #TRLT
