Q4: Share a photo of the most memorable dining experience you've had while on The Road Less Travelled? via @BradtGuides #TRLT

A4: Travelling the world as a roaming alcohol analyst, I used to try some bizarre and really memorable drinks. I wrote about my favourite ones - and shared some drinking stories - with @BradtGuides in their Travel Club:

A4: North Korea. Being given some mushrooms on a farm tour, then asking the hotel to cook them with our dinner (i.e. we invented North Korea's version of Ready Steady Cook...) Also a barbecue followed by a Happy New Year cake, which doubled as a birthday cake @BradtGuides #TRLT

A4: For editor Laura, it has to be KOKS in @VisitFaroe. A tasting menu fit for royalty: highlights were (surprisingly) fermented lamb, shaved cod roe and grass ice cream. All created using island produce, too. #TRLT

A4. I have many memorable dining experiences. One of the most recent ones was having breakfast at Duck and Waffle in London, at the 40th floor I believe. Highly recommended for a special occasion (as it's so expensive haha) #TRLT

A4: Okonomiyaki in #Japan - savory pancake containing whatever ingredients you like via @BradtGuides #TRLT #traveltuesday #travel #kyoto #osaka #food

A4: Anywhere and everywhere in Vietnam. It really is one of the finest destinations on the planet for food, both cheap eats and fine dining! #TRLT

A4: Another fantastic experience was having a local curanto on Chiloe Island in Chile with the woman who inspired Isabel Allende to create her main character in Maya's Notebook. At her home. :) #TRLT

A4: Had to be filming a never-aired episode of Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain in Florence shortly before he died. We showed up for dinner at one of my favorite restaurants & he and the filming crew were there. We agreed to be on the show, but they never aired it. #TRLT https://t.co/kVkrYnqL2G

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @BradtGuides A4: Dining at 2-Michelin-starred KOKS restaurant in the Faroe Islands. I had the 18-course degustation menu. This is mahogany clam with puree of kelp and kale jelly. #TRLT

A4: In Georgia, a popular soft drink is tarkhuna: carbonated water flavoured with tarragon. And it is hands down once of the nicest things you'll ever drink. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @BradtGuides A4: Cute little Café (Bingil Bay) near Mission Beach. It’s a small family run place, super cosy and you have the jungle meeting the sea. The food was top but then food in Australia is always #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @BradtGuides A4 It's hard to narrow it down to just one! One that comes to mind is this incredible meal we had in Venice. The sweetest little restaurant with lovely owners and the most fresh and delicious food! #TRLT
