A4: Anywhere and everywhere in Vietnam. It really is one of the finest destinations on the planet for food, both cheap eats and fine dining! #TRLT

replying to @SophieOfNorway @SophieOfNorway Lovely shot! What's your fav street food over there? #trlt

replying to @BradtGuides @BradtGuides @TheTravelCamel @coastalspc This is in Bangalore. Though I've seen it in the menu of a few restaurants in other cities too #trlt

A4: Another fantastic experience was having a local curanto on Chiloe Island in Chile with the woman who inspired Isabel Allende to create her main character in Maya's Notebook. At her home. :) #TRLT

@TheTravelCamel @coastalspc @BradtGuides A3: I had whale in Norway, not that great taste. In Yakutia, Siberia we ear foal all the time, not superexotic but a bit unusual. And in Mongolia we eat the whole lamb:

A4- There was a restaurant next to a truck stop in the middle of nowhere 🇩🇪#Germany that I used to stop at every time I drove by.

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @HeidiSiefkas @coastalspc @BradtGuides Monkey :-) Pork'ish, though not really, texture stringy. Cooked the whole thing direct on coals until all hair was burned off and innards kind of imploded. Many differing sauce dishes were offered to dip meat skin and innards in. #trlt

replying to @LindaPeters64 @LindaPeters64 @junkkDNA @maha_tourism Unsure if you are both aware - I cook Indian meals from scratch. Dry roast the spices and blend them, and the preparation goes from there. Don't use pre-made spice mixtures or pastes. #TRLT

A4: Had to be filming a never-aired episode of Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain in Florence shortly before he died. We showed up for dinner at one of my favorite restaurants & he and the filming crew were there. We agreed to be on the show, but they never aired it. #TRLT https://t.co/kVkrYnqL2G

How can it be a sustainable source of food for us? #TRLT

Let's go with the snake wine in Vietnam. There was also snake blood and seahorse liquor in China, but I kind of doubt it really had either in it for the price. #trlt https://t.co/wtJQXeHUSw
