A3: Wiltshire’s Avebury Stone Circles (erected between 2850BC and 2200BC) are the largest Neolithic henge monument in Britain. So big, in fact, that Stonehenge could fit inside them 130 times over! #TRLT

A3: Avebury, 5000+ years old. The largest stone circle, the largest prehistoric mound and one of the longest burial mounds in the British Isles; one of the largest settlements of the early Neolithic period; and one of the longest avenues of standing stones. @RTWBarefoot #TRLT

A3: I honestly don't know. I'm sure I've seen much older than the Parthenon, but that is all I can think of right now. #TRLT https://t.co/XsN4iwM9rs

A3: How about Göbekli Tepe in Turkey? This is the world’s oldest religious sanctuary and has turned our idea of history upside down! While we once thought that agriculture led to civilisation, its intricately carved pillars suggest otherwise… #TRLT

A3: Maltas’s megalithic temples are some of the oldest stone buildings in the world and by far the most sophisticated. Erected during the 4th and 3rd millennium BC, each magnificent complex offers a unique insight into Malta’s prehistoric culture. #TRLT
