A5: Editor Susannah recently enjoyed a Dickens-themed auditour of Bloomsbury, London. So much to see if you slow down and look more closely at your modern surroundings, hidden historical gems all around – and don’t forget to look up! #TRLT
A5: Colchester. I didn't know it was Britain's 1st recorded city and (under the Romans) its 1st capital. The only Roman Circus that has been found in Britain is here. The Castle has some outstanding Roman artefacts, and a chariot racing simulator! @ramblrramblr #TRLT
A5: 2 years ago today I was in #Japan - I would love to go back for more. It was a sensory explosion trip via @ramblrramblr #TRLT #traveltuesday
A5: One of the last historical sites Laura visited before the pandemic was the Temples of Angkor Wat. To put it simply, she was utterly blown away. #TRLT
replying to @HeidiSiefkas @HeidiSiefkas A5. Earlier this September I stopped by this nice park which really helped me understand the importance of Sacajawea to the Lewis& Clark mission since I just had gone to her village before that. 🗺: https://t.co/msyxQ8HV4O #trlt
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @ramblRramblR A5: The most recent place must have been the Brockville, Ontario Railway tunnel. It was built in 1860 and was operational all the way until 1970! It was amazing to see how much work goes into creating something monumental like that. #TRLT

@TheTravelCamel @ramblRramblR A5. My last distant trip was to India in 2019. Loved everything about it. Looking forward to returning someday and visiting a different region.

A5: This historical place is in my hometown; it was our former post office. I used to dream of living there. Now it's a museum and I sit on the Board of Directors so it has special significance to me. It inspired my love of history & I visit it often. #TRLT https://t.co/97lGPL9L5K

@TheTravelCamel @ramblRramblR A5: This is the remaining remnants of the Rye Community (Rye Preserve); a small group of militia during the 3rd Seminole War. I sensed the area was thriving at that time - and they made exceptional use of the Manatee River.

A5- I finally got to go to the #Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in 🇺🇸#WashingtonDC to see the Mary McCloud Bethune exhibit. She was my grandmother's first cousin, so it meant a lot to see.

A5. Well, (sorry it took me so long to find a photo) this is the 'old hut' in Landmannalaugar (Iceland). It does not look like much, but it has been standing since the 1930s, and used it be the only shelter there for farmers. #trlt
