#trlt A2: "Historical" is such a vague term.

So, for instance, here we see the site of the world's first public ATM. A historical event, for sure, and dating from 1967. Enfield, London.

The ATM is no longer there; it was moved round the corner of the building because of crowds.

#trlt A2: Croydon Airport, London's first major commercial airport, 1920-1959.

Site commemorated with a replica of the last type of plane to fly from it. And some of the art deco buildings remain.

replying to @featherytravels @featherytravels Very cool! When it’s original it’s even cooler than reconstructions but those are neat too. Here’s one I visited recently- a reconstructed Mandan village #trlt 🗺: https://t.co/dAmlZM7LvW

replying to @Travel_Session @Travel_Session Very well said. Some architectural pieces are still a mystery to humankind as to how their building was possible back then, like Egyptian pyramids 🤷🏼‍♀️ #TRLT
