Q5: How has technology changed your photography - whether from taking the photo, editing, or sharing (including apps and platforms)? via @ramblrramblr #TRLT #traveltuesday #travelphotography

A5. Destinations have always relied on beautiful images to sell us holiday dreams, but perhaps never more so than in the Instagram age. But is social media stifling our creativity, forcing us to follow the crowd? @pip_says has plenty to say on this! #TRLT

A5: Apart from the speed at which we can edit, upload and share images, the most impactful, recent advances in technology are the lighter kit and better sensors - which make trekking and wildlife or astrophotography a lot more manageable. @ramblrramblr @BradtGuides #TRLT

A5: I started taking photos on a film camera so. technology changed quite a bit since then. I think the biggest transition was from camera to phone. Taking photos on a mobile was something unimaginable as close as 15 years ago. #TRLT

A5: I can take an average shot and crop, enhance colors, and change lighting on my iPhone or via Lightroom, even the filter on IG are very helpful to cover my photography skills via @ramblrramblr #TRLT #traveltuesday #travelphotography

A5: The biggest benefit of technology when compared to the pre-digital days of the 80s and 90s is the ability to take lots of photos and see the results instantly. 30 years ago, it took many weeks or months to see my photos. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A5. Definitely changed because I share some photos which I never would have before! On Ramblr, on Instagram etc. I definitely do miss film but I love being able to click hundreds of photos and share them easily. #TRLT

@HeidiSiefkas @ramblRramblR A5 I have changed a bit in that I used technology too much, so would live stream from holiday and try to update Facebook and Instragram just after taking a picture.
Next trip, stepping back from that as I was stepping out of the moment too much, and it was stressful.

A5: Technology has changed everything about how I photograph. I grew up with film cameras. Now with digital, I take as many photos as I want. I also digitally edit rather than leaving it to a photo lab. #TRLT

A5. This is seemingly a technology question, definitely digital photography (cameras, smartphones, photo sharing apps ...) has revolutionized our travel habits BUT we must not forget to #enjoythemoment we capture with our senses (eyes):it remains imprinted in our memories ! #TRLT https://t.co/DDZuYlnXzF

replying to @HeidiSiefkas @HeidiSiefkas @ramblRramblR A5) Technology has changed my philosophy towards photography nearly completely. With film I had to be careful & be sure that I wanted to take the photo while with digital I take as many photos as I want. #TRLT

A5: Technology has changed our photography habits - whether taking photos, editing, or sharing apps and platforms are readily accessible. I'm always grateful for the opportunity to discover more, but do not really have a favourite, besides Twitter.

A5 In so many ways - especially going back over the memories is just a fingertip away besides the ease of capture - you don’t have to run to grab a camera #TRLT
