replying to @BlueBagRedBag @BlueBagRedBag Can understand - for me, #TRLT is evening (now 8:30pm in Kenya) - so a chance to relax at the end of the day and chat with others.
replying to @Popinard @Popinard @TheTravelCamel Well, people are scared to explore beyond the hotel gates as the hotels tell them it's dangerous. Or they read it online or their friends told them. Like every place even your home, always be cautious and don't take things for granted especially in places you are unfamiliar #TRLT

@ramblRramblR @eastofelveden For me, to be fair, it's not far away, so I can always go back.
As a hiker, possibly not in mid-Winter though. #TRLT

A3: Lake Ontario's Toronto Islands, are a beautiful oasis within 15 minutes of downtown via a quick ferry ride or a flight to #YTZ.
The islands provide a wonderful day trip from the city, with beaches, bicycle rentals and an amusement park.

We spent a week in Seattle back in 2014 and discovered that not only is it a pretty cool city, there are islands all around it! We hopped on the #ferry to visit #BainbridgeIsland for the day and found #wine and a pretty cool little island town! #TRLT #islands #traveltuesday

replying to @loyaltytravels @loyaltytravels @Popinard Very good points. I remember being in Afghanistan, and the local villagers would bemoan that mountaineers would bypass their hospitality and only see the mountains. To understand the mountains, you need to understand the people who live there. Same with everywhere. #TRLT
