replying to @BPackersGuide @BPackersGuide Have you heard of the Philly cheesesteak? We're also known for roast pork sandwiches, soft pretzels, scrapple, "water ice," and so much more! #TRLT #traveltuesday #foodtravel

@RoadBudget @LindaPeters64 @HMoat This one is more protest/awareness raising #StreetArt which is fantastic I think.

replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @TheTravelCamel Finally! (my SSD finally "made" it. for its defence it's connected to an old Japanese laptop 😅) #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @HMoat A2: There are so many. I love Kingston, NY which is a town on the Hudson River. #TRLT

A3: Some of the quietest places in urban areas are bookshops, libraries and art galleries. #TRLT

A2. Love this mural at @jenisicecreams in downtown Columbus, Ohio / @ExpCols - it's a fun play on the painting "American Gothic" (and the ice cream is DIVINE.) #TRLT

A3 We often visit cemeteries for quiet spots and to learn so much about the people and history of an area. In San Juan, Puerto Rico we also got awesome sea views with the quiet. https://t.co/gvzXVaHA7M #TRLT @TheTravelCamel @JLipowski @CharlesMcCool

replying to @HeidiSiefkas @HeidiSiefkas @CharlesMcCool A3 Honestly, I find as soon as you walk off the main street, things really quiet down. I love finding patches of residential neighbourhoods in the middle of big cities. Parks are a great option too - this is Lost Lagoon just off of downtown Vancouver! #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CaitlinKellyNYC @ramblRramblR A1: Roosevelt Island is part of NYC, just a 5 minute tram from Midtown. So many New Yorkers have never been there. This is the Cornell Tech campus with its mix of contemporary architecture and peaceful green spaces. #TRLT

That was the best answer. Purists will argue, but wiz is very Philly. I prefer American, but I would not turn down wiz. Especially #wizwit! #TRLT https://t.co/wG705hXQ3t

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool A3) If you can find a park within a business district of a city other than lunchtime its usually a good quiet space. #TRLT

@SheilaS A2. Some great artwork in Vancouver as well. My favorite are the Indigenous murals on the bridge to @granville_isle #TRLT

A3: Well, one big tip I can give you is, get in touch with a local. So easy these days online. Although I knew someone here in Costa Rica, they recommended a friend, and I stayed here in his place overlooking the Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna #TRLT

A2 Even though not really religious, often visit churches for beauty we find. Head to non-touristy spaces and get quiet breaks we need as we marvel at the interiors. #TRLT @TheTravelCamel @LindaPeters64 @JLipowski @heidiSiefkas @pip_says @Touchse @CharlesMcCool

replying to @t_jh2009 @t_jh2009 @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool Or downtown on a weekend/ after hours sometimes is very quiet. Getting up early or late you can see shutter art as well #trlt 🗺: https://t.co/nwlnpMs0Xu

A3: To find quiet areas in busy urban places we seek out green spaces.
