A2: The park along Beket Batyr street. It is just a parallel street to Tauke Khan - one of #Shymkent's busiest road. But in the park it's quiet, you can breath fresh air and sometime you can meet a black panther ;) #TRLT #Kazakhstan

A2: Yes, Santorini, if you stay late September and away from the main centre, you can get a peaceful time of it #TRLT

A2: Even on busy weekends in Prague, one can c;limb to Letenský profil for a relatively quiet (and spectacular) view of the city at dusk. #TRLT

A2: hidden among modern housing just off King Street, #Norwich is the Church and Shrine of St Julian, who turned her visions into a book, Revelations of Divine Love. The church isn't the original but in the quiet, regardless of your beliefs, there's an indefinable presence #TRLT

replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot A2 We found this cute little park in Whistler just off the main drag of the village. The perfect spot for a little reading or lunch in nature! #TRLT

A2 Khiva’s Ichan Qala is a @UNESCO World Heritage Site, so it gets very busy in summer. But if you come up onto the city walls you often have the place to yourself. #trlt

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel A2) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the grounds near the Louvre to be peaceful & quiet when I was there and that the people were respectful enough to keep it that way. #TRLT

#trlt A2: churches. Even those in busy town centres can be amazingly quiet inside. Past Humans knew how to deaden sound, for sure :)

The ones in small villages are very eerily quiet.

A3: Enter Akmechet cave near #Shymkent in the early morning without visitors. The silence between the rustle lush green mulberry trees and the tweeting birds is spectacular. via @LindaPeters64 #TRLT #Kazakhstan

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel Senga Bay is a popular place on Lake Malawi, but hiking up in nearby Senga Hills we saw nobody! A beautiful place to explore. #TRLT
