A4: a National Park that surprised us was exploring the otherworldly beauty of Cueva de las Maravillas National Park (Cave of Wonders), discovered in 1926, in #DominicanRepublic, with stalactites, stalagmites,ย & well-preserved works of ancient art.ย

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @CharlesMcCool I agree, this Leopard allowed us to observe it up close while it was hiding in the brush. #TRLT

A5: If you wish to view animals at National Parks - head out early. Do you wildlife viewing first, and eat breakfast later. #TRLT

A5: Go during the shoulder season and mid-week. Don't go while students are out of school. Dress for the change of seasons as most likely it will be late Spring and late Fall or even Winter via @TravelAtWill #TRLT #adventure

A5 #TRLT Do some research before going just to see what there is to see & do & see if the roads are open or still snowed in. Most parks have Twitter pages such as @BadlandsNPS pictured below. Not a bad idea to book things in advance if you can.

A5. Major U.S. National Parks can be like going to Disney World, lots of crowds. Plan well & be patient! photo: My son in Lake Yellowstone. #TRLT

replying to @TheTravelCamel @TheTravelCamel @TravelAtWill Nyika National Park has a terrain like no other in Malawi. Itโ€™s high altitude up on Nyika Plateau provides wonderful grassland and wooded valleys. With rich birdlife here including rare species like wattled cranes and red-winged francolins, itโ€™s a real treat! #TRLT #Malawi

replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @TravelAtWill 'Great' might be a bit much. But the Ginkgo Petrified Forest is about an hour from us, and on occasion you can see Big Horn Sheep right at the interpretive center/museum before you hike the short mile + trail. #trlt a4

A4. Iโ€™d say the sheer size, force and power of this waterfall (Cachoeira do Mosquito) in Chapada Diamantina, Brazil (sorry most of my most impactful memories are from my Brazil trip ๐Ÿ™ˆ) You can see scale from teeny tiny me at the bottom! ๐Ÿ˜‚ #TRLT
