The road was literally being built, so we used our feet as pontoons through the red dust as construction workers wondered why we were there. The inclines coming home were so steep we walked down some. #TRLT

It has also worked to my advantage like when I was moved the front of the line to see the Olympic flame in Vancouver BC.#TRLT

It's a wholly different experience to hike in, and deeply...BUT it takes twice as long to return (it took me 4 hrs down, 8 back up.) #TRLT
