A1: I felt compelled to visit The Pyramids in Giza, Egypt. A place I read about many times as a boy. It took me decades to finally visit, and it was worth the wait. #TRLT

A1. Persepolis. I've had an interest in ancient history for about as long as I can remember, even as a teenager. When I had opportunity to see this famous place I took it! There may be grander ruins architecturally, but hard to beat Persepolis for history. #TRLT

A1 #TRLT I like to see historic places. One place I have seen was Normandy in France. Worth the trip.


A1: I've always wanted to visit the Colosseum. Ever since I was little, learning about our history, I wanted to visit Rome. We were part of the Roman Empire after all. I remember the first time I've seen the Colosseum, I was left speechless. The energy there is incredible. #TRLT


A1: I was really compelled to visit Florence Cathedral because of my video gaming fandom. It features in the Assassin's Creed series so it was extra special to visit for that reason #TRLT

A1: a historically Famous Place that compelled me to visit was Savannah, Georgia; it's Historic District was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1966. With well preserved architecture and tree lined public squares, Savannah's known as the USA's first planned city.

A1: My family is from #Egypt, a nation famous for its historical artifacts and all around beauty. So of course once I saved up, it was my first fully funded international trip. I headed bacn again after the #Jan25 protests in 2011.
